DAY 80 (What a mess..!!)

I really HATE it....when people misunderstand silly things,take it otherwise and then don't even bother to inform the other person that they are annoyed over something. Fine...if there is some misunderstanding....but atleast talk it out face to face! And before some other misunderstanding crops up.....let me clear...that here I am talking about one of my college friends...so please those who were thinking its about them...please just to let you know...I have other people in my life as well !


So where was I?


Yeah....so this guy....we are good friends (as I feel..) and he is kind of a fun-loving dude. We share a lot of jokes...and have almost same kind of sense-of-humor. 


Forward messaging started our friendship actually...and just like my ANALYSIS FRIEND (he is ok with this tag...so I am continuing with it..) we started talking after the college. 


Among those forward messages this guy used to send me those messages which were like... answer few things about me and etc etc.


I never answer such messages because I feel that most of the times when I try to crack a joke on someone...its taken otherwise and then things get so messy. And so I never replied his too. But since we have been talking for long...and leg-pulling was the only thing which we ever did for each other...so just once I lost my mind...and answered one of those... trying to be humorously sarcastic. 


And guess what...?!?!?!


It happened as expected. Despite the fact that this guy is so fun-loving..and so cool ...he took it on his heart and stopped talking. To be honest I never realised that he has actually stopped talking until recently when he messaged me something very weird regarding that old sarcastic message. 


And then when today I tried to clear up...he went on with all those "nothing" and "na na.." and then finally he spit it out.


So my lesson of the day is....NEVER EVER TRY AND BE FUNNY WITH ANYONE ESPECIALLY ON PHONE MESSAGES...NO MATTER HOW COOL THE PERSON IS...BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT MESS IS READY FOR YOU IN THE NEXT HAND. 


Anyways....chao for now guys...!!! Have fun..but be careful...!

    I'll tell you what happens.. the emotions, the sarcasm, the leg pulling and the like cannot be understood on msgs and chat or for that matter any means of conversation wherein you don not get to hear it for yourself.. I too have been a victim of these things..

    So the moral of the story is "that whenever you joke or pull somebody's leg, dont forget to use emoticons."

    As a layman i have read whatever u have written,but misunderstanding happens between friends. If he is really good friend of yours he should understand u. Actually u have not said clearly about that particular message.

    Text messages do not carry your facial expressions and voice. It is just plain text and we have to be careful with them... Phone is better because they can at least feel your mood there...

DAY 313 (Retrospection)

There always comes a time in life when you retrospect past few months/years and decide what needs changing. Sometimes the changes are in your routine, sometimes the people surrounding you and other times starting new things for your own good. My retrospection gave me all three recently! It is overwhelming to realize at times that you were roaming in the wrong lanes and had you not done this exercise, you might have done a lot of damage to your own.  I got this habit or rather this alarm of awareness ever since I was in 9th standard or somewhere around same age where I kind of auto-fix myself with this exercise. It is usually a hit and trial but the self awareness makes me more independent every time I do it. DAY 41 (G-talk...Men not allowed..!!!)

Oh..I knew it..!!! Reading the title would have applied all forces of magnetism to all the guys there...and this post is gonna get visited by record-breaking number of guys...he he!! But..you know what boys???...its gonna award you with nothing mouth-watering (yes I know what you are hoping for..!!!) So...all my girl-friends lets start the group discussion here.. Actually I wanna check if I am an exception here (which i do not think I am)...or is it the regular scenario??
